WHITE WINES
Chardonnay – very nice vanilla, oak and citric smells that follows thru with the taste that adds a little buttery flavor and holds the entire way thru the finish. $18.99
Stainless Steel Aged Chardonnay – pineapple and citric flavors with a crisp finish. $16.99
Vidal Blanc – it is crisp with citric flavors and aromas that are very satisfying and can be enjoyed with any food or just by itself. $13.99
Niagara – very grapey with lots of fruit, this wine goes well anytime or just by itself. $13.99
Holiday Wassail – Spiced Apple Wine made especially to be heated and served warm. This wine will be great all winter long for holiday celebrating, in a thermos while skiing or sitting by the fireplace. Holiday Wassail is also great served chilled. $13.99
ROSE WINES
Steuben – full of strawberries and spices that will compliment any foods especially Cajun and spicy dishes or to be enjoyed by itself.

RED WINES
Proprietor’s Red – This is the first or our artist series. The label was designed by Andrea Keim and is a picture or our dogs, Fetzer and Opus. This is a blend of Chambourcin and Kordeaux aged in stainless steel. It brings in the best of both wines and is great with pasta or steak. $15.99
Wickerton Red – Chancellor grapes that have vanilla, cherries and oak flavors, nice medium bodied red wine that goes well with many foods. This wine also has a great smooth finish. $15.99
Chambourcin – loaded with berries, cherries, vanilla and oak this wine has a nice finish that holds the fruit and can be enjoyed with any food or by itself. $13.99
Cabernet Franc – Beautifully complex and delicate with vanilla and oak, cherries and blueberry overtones. Long finish with good tannin structure to compliment any red meat dish or lamb chops. $17.99
Kordeaux – Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot loaded with eucalyptus, berries, vanilla and little oak, this wine is excellent and distinctly shows the terroir of the area. $20.99
2006 Kordeaux Reserve – This wine has big flavors of berries with a touch of oak, finishing with a black velvet body. Our vineyard technique for the grapes used inthe Reserve made this the quality wine it is. $24.99
DESSERT WINES
Ruby “K” Port – Can you say dark chocolate? This port has a great cherry flavor that is complemented by dark chocolate or as a sipper after dinner in place of dessert. Some people have been known to pour it over a good vanilla or chocolate ice cream for pure culinary enjoyment. $14.99
Cabernet Franc Ice Wine – Honey, honey and more honey, lusciously sweet with apricots throughout with a hint of spice. $44.99
