DRY WHITE WINES
Pinot Grigio – classic pinot grigio, lite citric flavors with peach overtones and a nice crisp finish. $17.99
Vidal Blanc – crisp with citric flavors and aromas that are very satisfying. $13.99
Chardonnay – The 2010 Chardonnay has a wonderful upfront nose of citric, vanilla and oak that follows through with the taste. The finish is slightly acidic which gives it a longer after taste and makes it an excellent match with many foods. $19.99
DRY RED WINES
Proprietor’s Red – This label was designed by Andrea Keim and is a picture of our dogs, Fetzer and Opus. This is a blend of Chambourcin and Kordeaux aged in stainless steel. It brings in the best of both wines and is great with pasta or steak. $16.99
Cabernet Franc – Beautifully complex and delicate with vanilla and oak, cherry and blueberry overtones. Long finish with good tannin structure to compliment any red meat dish, lamb chops or salmon. $19.99
Kordeaux – This wine has big flavors of berries with a touch of oak, finishing with a black velvet body. This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Merlot. $24.99
Cabernet Sauvignon – This wine has black currant, cherry and a touch of blueberry. Those fruit flavors along with the lively French Oak make this wine incredible by itself or paired with a well aged steak. $27.99
Chambourcin (Temporarly Out of Stock) – Loaded with cherry and berry flavors as well as vanilla and oak. This wine has a nice finish that holds the fruit and can be enjoyed with any food or by itself. $14.99
SEMI-DRY WINES
Steuben – Full of strawberry flavors and spices that will compliment any foods especially Cajun and spicy dishes or to be enjoyed by itself. $13.99
Niagara – Very grapy with lots of fruit, this wine goes well anytime or just by itself. $13.99
DESSERT WINE
Ruby “K” Port – This port has a great cherry flavor that is complimented by dark chocolate or as a sipper after dinner in place of dessert. Some people have been known to pour it over a Good vanilla or chocolate ice cream for pure culinary enjoyment. $14.99
SEASONAL WINES
Holiday Wassail – Guaranteed to take the chill away. The Wassail is made with Niagara, pumpkin,
cloves and cinnamon. Try it heated or chilled, itís great both ways. $13.99
